Welcome to The Blog Columnist

Evolving from the GonzoBlog into what you see today is (drumroll, please)… The Blog Columnist.

GonzoBlog was my own personal spin, views, rants and raves on what I saw happening in our little corner of the internet: the blogosphere (is that term still in vogue or has it gone the way of information superhighway). It was my own canvas and I splashed around a lot of color.

Well it’s time to move on or better yet morph it into something better, different, more focused
…

I’ll be posting 3-4 times a week and it’ll be much like a traditional column. I’ll include lots of link outs to interesting things happening around the blogosphere – resources, tips, news items etc., that I find to be good reads and I’ll of course have my usual say, aka slightly off-the-wall rants and opinions, linkbaits and shit-stirring just like a good opinionated blog should do.

It’ll be a brief read, full of tidbits, that I’m sure that many, in our ever busy lives, would appreciate – well you better cause I’m spending 15-20 minutes of my week on this.

Also, bare with me if you see any screw ups here in the short term, I’m trying out for the first time the Performancing for Firefox tool to publish my posts – I’ve finally gotten sick and tired of wordpress.com being painfully slow EVERY time.

If the Performancing Plugin does the job smoothyl here as I expect it should – then I’ll start using it on my main blog, once again ePublishingDaily.
